1) To what extent are you satisfied in general with your Property?
I am very happy. The developers helped me a lot with the purchase proceedings, as it was pretty hard for the situation nowadays.
2) Could you give us your opinion about the building qualities of your Property?
The materials and the qualities used are very good. Everything has been carefully chosen including the details. The apartments has all the necessary equipment and furniture, just ready to live in.
3) What about the service and the help provided by the staff from the developer’s company? Are you satisfied and have all your problems been sorted out?
I am very satified and happy, as at the beginning we had lots of problems with the mortgage proceedings and the evaluation. However, Escudero Promotores helped even with the dealings with the bank and thanks to them I eventually had the mortgage granted. Their service and help was excellent.
4) What do you think about the location of the property and the area?
The apartment is very close to the beach. The weather is great and good all year round. It is ideal to have a break and relax.
5) What type of activities do you enjoy the most in the area?
Diving, swimming, sun-bathing…
6) Would you like to make any more comments that might be of our interest?
I recommend these apartments to those who want to enjoy the beach, sun and relaw all year round.
